CARLEY

Carley has been working with the company for 4 years, in various roles, working her way up from cleaning to that of Field Officer based in our Admin. Carley is well known throughout the entire organisaiton as she answers the phone and deals with staff and clients daily.
During this time, she has proven herself to be a loyal, hardworking, reliable and trustworthy team member earning Employee of the Month Award for November 2023 - Our first Admin-based Staff nomination!

October 2023

MICHAEL

Michael was nominated for the great work that he does with the clients that he supports and the way that he handles any situation that he is presented with.

Michael’s ability to be so resilient during shifts that can at times be quite difficult is outstanding. Michael is always willing to assist with filling shifts at last minute and will always help out where needed. This is very much appreciated and Michael we thank-you for your great work ethic and dedication to your role as a Support Worker.

LACHLAN

Lachlan was nominated for not only the great care that he gives each of the clients that he supports, but for also jumping in and helping out on a number of occasions on consecutive days to cover shifts, multiple of these being at very, very short notice.

Lachlan also recently went over and above when helping a new client to the organisation move into her unit and needing to dismantle and then reassemble some of her furniture to make sure that it would fit in her unit. Lachlan’s assistance with this was greatly appreciated by not only LAST but also the client.

Thanks for the great work ethic Lachlan, you are a valued member of the LAST Team!

Barbara was nominated for not only the fantastic work that she is doing in her role as a Team Leader at CLT but also for the way she goes over and above regularly, to not only get her daily tasks completed but also in ensuring that she is supporting the clients whom she works with to the best possible standard.

No task is too big or small is ever an issue for Barb, and her dedication and commitment to her role and the organisation is outstanding. We all appreciate everything that Barb does.

BILLIE & LINDA

Lodging and Support Townsville's first ever duo Employee of the Month Award has gone to Billie (left) and Linda (right).

Both of these ladies were nominated for the fantastic work they are both doing with all the residents at RLT.

The engagement and involvement that they bring to the lodge, along with helping to create an awesome community amongst everyone is outstanding.

The passions that both Linda and Billie have in helping the residents engage in activities, cooking and general day to day activities is commendable.

ASH

Ash was nominated for the hard work and dedication she has provided to the team, both residents and staff at Raceview Lodge.

At times this work has been a challenge, however Ash has endeavoured to continue supporting the clients to promote their independence and remain professional.

Marichu was nominated for the wonderful work ethic that she brings to each and every shift, and the great enthusiasm that she brings to the people she supports.

Marichu's happy and bubbly personality is loved by everyone at Cockatoo Lodge and she is an absolute joy to work with.
