Our NDIS Registration Groups:
Daily Personal Activities
Core – Assistance with Daily Living
Assistance with personal care tasks such as showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Delivered in the participant’s home or community to support independence and hygiene. May include prompting or full assistance depending on needs.
High Intensity Daily Personal Activities
Core – Assistance with Daily Living
Support for participants with complex needs requiring specialised care (e.g. PEG feeding, seizure or diabetes management, complex bowel care). Delivered by staff with additional training or clinical oversight. Often linked to a health care plan or PBSP. Requires documentation of high intensity needs.
Assistance with Travel or Transport Arrangements
Core – Transport or Assistance with Daily Living
Support to access transport for community participation, appointments, or daily activities. May include travel training, support to use public transport, or direct transport provision. Linked to goals around independence & access.
Assistance with Daily Life Tasks in a Group or Shared Living Arrangement 
Core – Assistance with Daily Living
Support with daily tasks in a shared living environment, including meal prep, cleaning, and social interaction. Designed to promote independence and harmonious living in shared accommodation. May include SIL or transitional housing support.
Group and Centre Based Activities
Core – Assistance with Social and Community Participation
Social inclusion and recreation. Activities focused on building friendships, enjoying hobbies, and engaging with others in a safe, supported setting.
Development of Daily Living and Life Skills
Capacity Building – Increased Independence
Capacity-building support to improve independence in areas like budgeting, cooking, communication, and decision-making. Delivered one-on-one or in small groups. Often linked to goals in the Participant’s Individual Support Plan. Can include mentoring, coaching, or structured learning modules.
Participate in Community, Social and Civic Activities
Core – Assistance with Social and Community Participation
Support to access and engage in community, recreational, or civic activities. Focuses on inclusion, confidence-building, and meaningful engagement. May include transport, support at events, or structured outings.
Group and Centre Based Activities 
Capacity Building – Increased Social and Community Participation
Skill development and structured learning. Activities designed to build capacity—e.g. teamwork, communication, or daily living skills. Delivered in a centre or group setting.
Accommodation and Tenancy Assistance
Core – Assistance with Daily Living
Support to secure and maintain housing, understand tenancy obligations, and build independent living capacity. Includes liaising with landlords, understanding lease terms, and developing routines to sustain tenancy. Does not cover rent payments.
