"Wanted to say how happy we, as Rod's brothers, were with the care given to Rod by Lisa-Marie and her team when he needed the support.

The care and compassion for Rod's situation was second to none.

When we first came into contact with Lisa-Marie, we hadn't heard from Rod in many years and by a fortunate stroke of luck found a message from a few years back asking us to call.

When we did call, Lisa-Marie was only too pleased to find that Rod had some family that was happy to hear that he was being looked after by some very caring people.

Subsequently, a trip was organised and two brothers, Kelvin and Ian made their way from NSW up to Townsville to reconnect with their long lost brother.

Lisa-Marie was happy to meet and give a rundown on where Rod had been and what he had been up to in the intervening years.

After many years of care, Rod went down hill and sadly passed away in March of this year.

Again, Lisa-Marie and her team were there for Rod and us as his family.

Nothing was ever a bother and the team were always there for Rod and us right up til the end and we are still in contact.
